• What does Sensei mean? - Sam Weston
  Sensei is a Japanese word that literally means Teacher.
  We use it in the same way you would use Sir when talking to your school teacher.
• What is your favourite technique? - Sam Weston
  Good question. There are a lot to choose from. I would say that my favourite is a wrist lock we use in the adult syllabus. It is very simple, but can be done in a lot of different ways.
• How long have you been training. - Sam Weston
  I have been training with Spirit Combat since 2001.
